What we collect

• Name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number, to fulfill and ship your order.
• Payment details, processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

Solely to process and ship your order, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal (tax and accounting) obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing) and our shipping carriers, only to the extent needed to complete your order. Each acts under its own privacy policy as an independent data processor.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@inlaidbotteguccia.com. We keep order records for as long as required by Italian tax law, and delete other personal data on request once that period has passed.
